Sarah Godsell is a poet, an educator, a historian, and a mother. Each of these roles infuses the others, and she draws on all of the to fulfil her writing and teaching duties. She works as a lecturer in the Curriculum and Social Studies division at Wits School of Education in Johannesburg, South Africa. She is co-founder of the publishing house impepho press. She has two books of poetry, Seaweed Sky, published by Poetree Publications, and Liquid Bones, published in 2018 by impepho press. She is currently working on her third book, under the working title “shimmer and blade." Join on Zoom!
