Roché Kester is a writer living in Pretoria. Her poetry has been published in the UWC Creates anthology This is my land. Her prose has been featured in POWA’s Women’s Writing anthology Sisterhood, and she has performed at various events and locations around Cape Town. She was the curator of the weekly poetry event, Grounding Sessions. She also co-curated #CocreatePoetica at the Open Book Festival 2016 and has been active in organising arts events in Cape Town.
