Mpho Mmathapelo Molekoa is a Pretorian writer and poet. She believes that poetry encourages and inspires us to reach a level of self-awareness and empowerment. Her work has appeared on Joy! Digital Magazine, Poetry Potion, ThoseThatThis Poetry, The Opiate Online Magazine, Rising Tswana, and The Calabash Journal (Volume 3). She has performed at The National Library of South Africa 2017 Poetry Slam, and was a Top Ten Finalist at the Tshwane Speak Out Loud 2019 Poetry Competition. She is a Button Poetry 2020 Video Contest (International Category) Runner-Up, and has performed at The Foodie Affair 2022 Event.
