Kelwyn Sole was born in Johannesburg in 1951, and now lives in Cape Town. He has won the Olive Schreiner, Sydney Clouts, Thomas Pringle and South African Literary Awards for his poetry, and has published seven individual collections as well as being widely anthologised. In this virtual session he will mainly read from recent unpublished work.
