This is an IN-PERSON event only Jerome Coetzee grew up in Bishop Lavis, Cape Town. He is currently a Master’s candidate at the University of the Western Cape and his research focus is Afrofuturism in contemporary Afrikaans literature. He has published poetry in LitNet, Die Student, MatieLit, (New Contrast), Writing360. Jerome is a National Poetry Prize winner for 2021.
