Emily Buchanan is a poet, editor, feminist, businessperson, conservationist, parent, and grandparent. She has a degree in creative writing from UCT, and studied English literature and African Studies at Princeton University. Her poems have been published in New Contrast, Stanzas, Damselfly and Life Writing Collective. She is also a volunteer member of the Off the Wall Poetry committee.
